This Privacy Policy explains how Foveo: Branch ops (the “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the App, website, and related services.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile details, and account settings.
- Business and workspace information: business name, branch/location names, team roles, invited members, assigned branches, and workspace settings.
- Operational content: tasks, daily logs, notes, shift entries, expenses, revenue summaries, end-of-day closing summaries, and related records you create or upload.
- Subscription and purchase information: purchase status, subscription tier, entitlement status, renewal status, and transaction identifiers processed through Apple, Google, or payment/subscription service providers. We do not receive full card numbers.
- Device and usage information: device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, and feature usage events.
- Support communications: messages, feedback, bug reports, and any information you send to us for support.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
The App is not designed to collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health data, biometric data, precise geolocation, or children’s data. Do not enter sensitive personal data into notes, logs, or other free-text fields unless it is strictly necessary for your own business use.
4. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account and business workspaces.
- To provide core features such as branch operations, tasks, daily logs, expenses, team roles, invitations, and closing summaries.
- To sync data across your devices and authorized workspace members.
- To process subscriptions, premium access, and billing status.
- To improve reliability, security, performance, and user experience.
- To respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and policy violations.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable, we process your information based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the App, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed with:
- Service providers: cloud hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and subscription management providers.
- App store/payment providers: Apple, Google, and related processors for subscriptions, refunds, purchase validation, and entitlement status.
- Workspace members: information you enter into a workspace may be visible to owners, managers, employees, or other authorized members according to their role permissions.
- Legal and safety parties: when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, and subscription management. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We aim to use providers that apply reasonable security and data protection practices.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the App, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Workspace data may remain available to the business owner or authorized administrators even if an individual member leaves a workspace.
9. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting leonitdev@gmail.com. If account deletion is available inside the App, you should use the in-app deletion flow. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legitimate business reasons.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
